Terms of Sale

These terms apply to accommodation (love room) and related services (spa, add-ons, gift cards) sold through the website.

Love room: private upstairs space, bookable by hour, half-day, overnight, etc., as configured.

Détente et Spa: bookable slots. Open Monday–Saturday from 10h to 21h. Closed Sunday.

Extras: optional items (champagne, petals, themed boxes, etc.) managed from the admin panel.

A booking confirms acceptance of the prices and descriptions shown at checkout.

Promotions (percentage or special offers) are managed in the dashboard; rules will be shown on screen and/or in an annex.

Online payment via a secure provider (Stripe). For the love room, a contractual deposit may apply: the card is saved when paying for the stay (no immediate deposit charge). After departure, if damage is found, a deferred charge of up to €500 may be taken according to the damage assessed, within 7 days. The spa does not require a deposit.

Digital gift cards will have specific terms (validity, amount, code entry before payment) on the dedicated page.

A minimum charge of €0.50 may be collected as a bank processing fee when the stay amount is fully covered by a gift card or a promotion. This amount is non-refundable.

Cancellation terms vary depending on the space booked.

Love room — Nuit d'Extase

Cancellation at least 8 days before arrival: 50% of the VAT-inclusive amount refunded.

Cancellation between 8 days and 48 hours before arrival: no refund.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival or no-show: no refund.

Détente et Spa

Cancellation at least 24 hours before the booked slot: full refund.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the slot: 50% of the VAT-inclusive amount refunded.

No-show: no refund.

All cancellation requests must be sent by email to detenteetspa.59230@gmail.com with the booking reference.

Guests must use the premises responsibly. Damage may be charged against the deposit.

Liability exclusions for force majeure and guest fault will be detailed with your lawyer.
