These terms govern bookings for the Nuit d'Extase love room and, where applicable, Détente et Spa services and extras. They must be reviewed and approved by the business owner and legal counsel before commercial use.
Scope
These terms apply to accommodation (love room) and related services (spa, add-ons, gift cards) sold through the website.
Services
Love room: private upstairs space, bookable by hour, half-day, overnight, etc., as configured.
Détente et Spa: bookable daytime slots (closed from 7pm, reopening between 8am and 9am).
Extras: optional items (champagne, petals, themed boxes, etc.) managed from the admin panel.
Booking and pricing
A booking confirms acceptance of the prices and descriptions shown at checkout.
Promotions (percentage or special offers) are managed in the dashboard; rules will be shown on screen and/or in an annex.
Payment and deposit
Online payment via a secure provider (Stripe). A card hold or deposit may apply per admin settings.
Digital gift cards will have specific terms (validity, amount, code entry before payment) on the dedicated page.
Cancellation and changes
Deadlines, fees, and refunds will be defined here according to your commercial policy.
Conduct and liability
Guests must use the premises responsibly. Damage may be charged against the deposit.
Liability exclusions for force majeure and guest fault will be detailed with your lawyer.
